How do I order?
Login to our site with your email address and choose a password. You must have an account to order from our site. THIS IS NOT A RETAIL SITE, THIS IS A DISTRIBUTOR SITE ONLY.
1. Search or browse the site and find the product you are looking for.
2. Clicking on the item or item details link will take you to the item detail page for that item. Enter in the quantity for each size you would like to order and click "Add to My Gallery" button.
3. Your item(s) now appears in "My Gallery"
4. Click on the "Place Your Order" button to order your items. An email will be generated and sent to our sales team who will be calling you soon regarding your order. Biltmorefineart.com does not charge anything to your account nor do we collect or bill to any credit cards. This is not a retail site.
How do I review my order(s)?
We store your "My Gallery" and all orders under the "Purchase History" page which is accessible under your account pages.
How do I cancel an order?

When will I receive my order?
You will be contacted shortly about your order(s) by our sales staff who will provide you with production and shipping estimates. Normally items will ship in 2-3 weeks.
